Jimmy,

How are you planning to change the clutch? Are you removing the engine/trans, dropping the trans, or removing your seatbox and lifting your trans up through the cab? Just curious. I have never changed my clutch and have always had a very clutch friendly style of driving, but with 100K I figure I will have to change it sometime. Curious at the easiest technique

I don't imagine there is a huge difference between a 90 and a 110, but it is quite easy from underneath to just drop the trans and transfer case together and swap the clutch. It only takes a few hours, and certainly seems a whole lot easier than pulling out the seatbox and all that that entails. IIRC it is worth your while to remove the tunnel cover, but everything else can stay.

gnarly! how is the flywheel? looks like your clutch was slipping alot due to the stuck t/o bearing. I take it the t/o was stuck as we had guessed?
