what does this plug in to?

this plug comes off the pass. side. if some one can trace it for me- it comes of the wiring of the pass. side fuel injection wiring and the stepper motor wiring behind the intake manifold.starts back there and is about 3 or 4 feet long?also the washer fluid pumps for a sw-the washer bottle has 2 pumps on it one plug is black and one plug is white- does the black plug go to the pump closer to the heater or to the pump closer to the radiator res.

That goes to the evaporative canister which is attached to the same bracket as the PS pump, except its hidded up under the fender behind the headlight. I have a pic at home that will help if the explanation isnt clear enough.

I just noticed, damn that engine bay is clean!

Here is the pic I mentioned, maybe you can get a good enough idea of the assembly to reach in and feel around without having to take the stuff out, I dunno.
