What are these Levers?

Sorry if this is a rookie question. I just purchased a 1989 Defender 90 and there are these 2 levers near the floorboard on the passenger side. Does anyone know what they are/do? Pic attached. One is bluish grey and has an odd little symbol on it and pulls straight out and turns. The other has a black handle and just pulls straight out. It's just above the bluish handle in the pic.

Any help is appreciated.

Choke cable. Or hand throttle if diesel.

Bonnet release is the T shaped handle. How do you open hood if you do not use this?

Two levers? The picture seems to be of the same one. As per above.

Is there something else you are trying to show?

There is a second black T handle which I now know is for the bonnet. Hard to see in the pics.

Use that T handle, open the bonnet, and CHECK YER F'IN FLUIDS! Lol

Serious, if the truck runs, and you drive it, check oil level, brake and clutch fluids, coolant level, windscreen fluid, check condition of hoses, belts, look for and leaks.

My guess is not a Santana, but a 90" with a 2.5 Petrol engine.

Pic orientation. Pic from LH side on RHD truck. The floor you see is top of matt. Look at fuse cover plate to get your bearings.
