Weak Heater

Hey all...I just bought my first d-90...very excited...but also a little nervous about a laudry list of items i'm concerened about. I bought a 1994, 5-sp with 104,000 miles. It's pretty solid, but i think i'll have my hands full.
At the moment, my main concern is the heat. The fan blows good. But the temperature of the heat isn't hot...if anything i'd say it's warm. Is this normal?
Thanks.
John

First thing, check the heater flap is closing tight. It is a ten second job to adjust.

Second, is the engine coming up to full temperature?
