utility light bracket placement

I am going to be putting a utility light on the back of my 90 above the license plate...my question is this I was looking at where I was planning on putting the bracket and it seems that the rear speaker is in the same position (only on the inside of the car obviously) ... when I attach the bracket im wondering if the screws will hit the speaker in any way.
To all of you who have done the same procedure:
was this a problem?
did you decide on another placement?
any pics?
advice?

or is this not a problem at all ...

thx

Ky, if I understand you correctly, you first need to remove the license plate light just above the license plate and then place that bracket behind the license place light and screw it back in place. Make sense?

Follow-up Post:

This isn't the same exact bracket, but you should get the gist.
