Upgrade for NAS110 and ROW A/C?

The blower for my D110 is toast. Replacements are around $300-450 from what I have found. I would be interested in updating my A/C to a more modern setup. I am sure I am not the first one to do this, but searching found nothing.

So, if anybody could direct me to a vendor to buy a new box and whatever else I need, thanks in advance.

So the only upgrade is to rip out an A/C dash, install a regular one, use a normal heater box, and add the a/c below the dash? Sounds pretty cheesy. If that is the only way to upgrade it, I will probably start looking for a GM blower that will fit and keep the old style A/C. At least it is all integrated.

They did that style for a few years but everything else you will find is going to be the knee chiller system. We have had some conversations about installing the type of systems the Hot Rod guys are using. It is a much smaller system and works well. Might work in your situation.

Rebuild your blower motor. It lasted 18 years. Not bad really

You might want to remove your blower motor and take it to a local auto a/c shop. They can probably match it up with a very similar unit. It has worked for me in the past.
