updating Tornado chips

A few months back I bought an older Tornado chip from Doug Walker and then called Mark Adams about updating the software.
He got the information he needed and sent me a new chip for 55 GBP.
It was well worth it. It is programmed for the 4.6 litre, with a low-mid Isky cam and for low speed offroading. That is exactly what I wanted.
The RRC feels like a different rig. Smooth idle and power delivery and a seat-of-the-pants big improvement in power and shifting.
Mark is very busy and emails are generally useless. I'd suggest calling him on his mobile 011-44-7798-582390.
It did take almost 3 months to get Mark to send the chip, so I'd suggest persistent, but polite calling
