Turn Signal switch may be shot-

On my 96d90--turn on right turn signal then execute turn--the turn signal shuts off automatically at 1st 1/2 turn---so signal is not actually on during most of turn ARGH!!!

so--many switches for sale on ebay---for Range rovers-discos--and BMW seems to have one that fits these too. So is their any switches that fit the D90?

How hard is it to change out?
Swiss manufacture it,
French hoard it,
Italians squander it,
Americans say it's money
Hindus say it does not exist,
You know what I say-
I say time is a crook--

Mark it should be easy to replace. There are a few screws to remove the steering column cover and then you can access the switch

http://roversdownsouth.com/defender-electrical.htm and scroll down a bit

A good deal cheaper than RN

Forgot about pulling the steering wheel - not hard with a puller and you can usually rent/return from auto parts stores.
