Tunnel Cover? Bulkhead Mat?

I'm not sure what you call it. But I do know that it is disintegrating on my feet. It is the piece that surrounds the fuse box area and beyond.

Where can I get a new one? And what is it really called?

As always, thanks in advance!

Genuine is unobtainium. There are various exmoor and other mats suitable to fit.
