Trunnion: Clutch Housing: 94 D90

Okay, I have searched the forum extensivley and so now I POST.

It is my hope that the D90 brain trust comes to the rescue.

I am replacing my clutch master cylinder ( no light task) I have the housing out and I plan to replace the worn out trunnion and its metal bushings. I can;t figure out a good way to go about this any suggestions?

I tried to find a diagram to post with this but couldn't. I have the whole thing apart right now and I rushing to reassemble

The hardest part is drifting out the locking pin on the pvot shaft. After that, its a piece of cake...

I ruined my line and connector to the master cylinder... it was so stubborn that I had an oops. Also after I drifted out the pin and started to replace the bushings I found that the ones that were sent to me were too long. we are plugging away. I will report back in a while
