A transfer case swap is easy in a Defender. A rope through the center seatbox access panel and you can pull it off by hand. You do not need a jack or to take the seatbox off.

transfer case only might not be that hard, but last time I pulled out the whole package we had to be 3 under it to lower it by hand, not funny.

What do you guys use for plate and cover, Valeo or Borg & Becker ?
