Transmission brake drum

The previous owner backed off the parking brake because it got stuck while sitting for an extended period. So I'm finally getting round to checking it out (almost a year!)
I took the rear prop shaft off, removed the two counter sunk screws but I can't get the drum off. Am I missing something? I've beat on it with a mallet but no luck. The next thing to try looks like pry bar but that seems like it could be excessive if there's something I'm not aware of...
Any advice?

Squirt a bunch PB Blaster in it and let it sit 24 hours and it should let go...

Did you try backing out the adjuster just to make sure?

I thought because it spun freely the adjuster was backed off enough. But Mike was right, I just backed it off more and it came right off.
Thanks!
