Trailer safety chains

To anyone who tows a trailer with their D-90, and uses safety chains, where have you attached them?

I've towed my Sankey chainless for years. But with the new Campa, I'd like to be a little more legal, and protect my investsment as well.

Thanks in advance.

I loop mine through the frame of the step bumper and hook back to the chain. I'm only pulling a 2,000lb boat.

Great, sounds like looped through the tubular rear bumper is how I'll go. Thanks very much for the feedback.
