Trade of my 90 for a 110, what do you think?

Trade of my 90 for a 110

Here is the story, I have someone ( yet to provide me the VIN , Plate number xxx/500 ) , pictures and general condition of his 93 NAS 110. with 150 or 160 k , 3.9 with an auto tranny

He saw my 90 with all the goodies on, and suggested a trade of my 90 plus 12,000 pesos for his 110

What do you guys think?

recommendations? think is an okay transaction?

I don't seem to see it as a HOME RUN, i think if his 110 is awesome then is a good deal

I think it would have to depend on the mileage and condition of your truck as well. His truck obviously has quite a bit of mileage with condition unknown. While I like the auto in my 97, I'm not too fond of changing the original configuration of an NAS 110. Obviously, any opportunity to get a 110 should be considered, don't get screwed in the deal. Good Luck! Let us know when you get more details.

save the money hassle and buy an import for 12k, it would be in the same condition as that one. plus you get to keep the 90

That deal sounds to good to be true.
And you have a great looking 90 with some great mods.

I'm thinking that for < $12,000 you could get a 110 galvanized chassis and 110 body and build your own and end up with a better 110 than what he has.

Well, I guess he is REALLY BUSY or something is fishie.

How hard can it be to provide VIN, Number plate , Condition report ( assumming no time to take pics ).

I mean he said he wanted 44,000 for the 110 ( so at that price can not be a total basket case ),

I don't want the NAS 110, ( I wouldn't mind it ) but for 40,000 I can pretty much get on of TDI with newer body panels , etc etc ( something like what the guys in Alabama sell ); but if he was taking my 90 , I said , hey lets consider it
