mine rub the rear fenders at full tuck but I think its because of my rear links. You can run the steering stops out for a much improved turning radius

Nothing rubbed on mine when I had the 255's on. Used an OME 2" lift as well. Didn't make any adjustments to the steering stops either.

can I suggest the RYM springs RR4-2 fronts and RR3-2 Rears. Great 2" lift springs and ride better then stock. Perfect for that size tire too. We have run 285's with those springs and love them.

Randy, may I ask what you recommend for a small lift on a RRC? A buddy of mine recently picked one up. It won't see much off-road use, but he wants to give it a small lift.

Spring lifts should not affect tire clearance as they should not control maximum travel. That is controlled by the bump stops and the shocks. The lift springs just make it harder to compress, but it can still happen under the right circumstances.

255/85/16 fits fine stock. They will just touch at the top in the rear in full articulation against the bump stops.

RRC rear springs in the front, OME MD springs in the back.
