Question Timing Question

What are the timing graduations on the harmonic balancer on a 1995 D90 w/ 3.9L?

It looks like each graduation is 3 degrees.
12 deg. after TDC with 4 graduations and 12 deg. before TDC with 4 graduations.

Cheers...

You sure that's adjustable with the stock timing setup? I just swapped in a new timing chain and gears and my old setup wasn't adjustable. The new double roller was, but not the old one.
