Throttle Position Sensor Source??

Anyone know of a good source to get a new TPS for a '95 3.9 other than the $183 Ive seen around the web. They used to be less than half of that. What the hell happened? Is there a cross reference to another brand?

Snagged a NOS rover part off e-bay a couple months ago for $35.

If you aren't in a rush, deals do come up from time to time.

If you still need one, I found a new one in my bin. Not in the package but never used since I never used my V8 again. Let me know.

I need to find a TPS before Wednesday. I bought a new one from Will Tillery but it shipped UPS ground due to a mix-up. I think it was his last new one. AB and RN don't even list them on their sites anymore. Anybody know where I could find one and have it FedEx'ed to Colorado?

There has to be an alternate source. There's almost no chance this is an exclusive Land Rover part, they picked from everyone's parts bin on the V8. Probably a GM part, like the stepper motor.

If they are the same as the classics...give Ian a call 303 419-5563, we have 5 classics that we could pull from...Denver.

I have a used I can overnight or Priory mail to you.

The only thing about installing a used one is there is a 50/50 chance you'll need to reset the adaptive values via T4, Autolodgic, etc... or you'll get a very high idle.

Truck is losing power abruptly under acceleration. It threw a check engine light so we scanned it and it's the TPS.

Oddly enough I have one of each. I have had the round connector one for years and believe it's good. PM/email me your address and I can send it.

TPS Source

I am relatively new to this forum but would love some information, I am looking for a TPS for a 95 D-90. I am pretty sure it has the flat plug. Anyone know of a good source? I would however like a new one b/c I'd rather not go through the same problem if I get a used one.

Thanks in advance.

Neil
