What is the best way to remove paint from old wings (aluminum body parts)?

Paint stripper... They gel type. Just make sure that it is safe on Aluminum. I used some old stuff my dad had on my Black 5 Bar to change them to plain Aluminum. It worked fine, no damage to the Aluminum.

Soda blasting worked like a charm for me and can also be used to de-grease parts or engine.
