Tethered gas cap???

Anyone know where I can get a tethered gas cap? I know I've seen them, but not sure where.

I'm sick of buying new gas caps.
Any idea how they attach?

Tx,
HB

Pep Boys has them here in our area but a local auto parts store should carry it and it's about 9 bucks instead of $22-27. Got mine unteathered for 6.50

The full top from roversnorth, the front spline keeps popping off when I go over 20mph and then is only held on by the button snaps on each side.
