Terrafirma corner bumpers

Does anyone know if the Terrafirma corner bumpers are compatible with a NAS stock rear bumper?

Are you talking about the rear step bumper? If so, I believe the answer is no. None of the wrap around style corner guards will work with the step bumper.

I would go out on a limb and say that pretty much nothing is compatible with a NAS rear step bumper.

Well, I guess I will have to get something custom made or attempt to modify the terrafirma corner bumpers.

I have the Terra Firma corner bumpers. Unless you cut the tubing on the NAS step bumper they will never be compatible.

In general you really just want one or the other anyway - the step bumper is an anchor if you do any real wheeling, which is the reason to add corner guards.

Adin, I see you are local - come to our Happy Hour (next one is this Thursday).

Or...sell me the corner guards before you tear into them. For some reason even though my tub is thrashed I thought about adding them on.

Didn't someone on the threads make a limited run set that are compatible with the NAS step bumper?

I made some for my D90 that worked with the NAS bumper. All you need to do is space the bumper away from the crossmember enough to get some 1/4 plate behind the mounting ears.

It's not impossible....

The next one is likely to be at the conclave event (large gathering of land rovers at the cove, just west of winchester). Search for conclave to find out more about that
