Tdi injector's sealing corrugated copper washer

Those washers have a circular protuberance, how are they suppose to go ?

Already been discussed in this forum. Do a search on 300tdi injector seals or replacement for your answer

Make sure you clean out the "holes" before you put the injectors back in, and use a little grease to hold the washer on the injector.

Having carbon deposits down there makes for a bad sealing surface.

The head was off, I cleaned those holes with little wood sticks... obnoxiously
