switches to fit 2002 Td5 dash?

any one know where I could find rocker switches that would fit the Td5 dash? I need, ideally, a 4 way (off and three other) or even would settle for a 2 or 3 way switch...anyone? want to use it for aftermarket heater I am installing (finally)

Hi Jamie,

Surely a dealer can just order any LR part if you have the number? or do they charge a good premium to go with it?

that's a good question...i am not sure how available any of the Td5 parts are over here even to dealers...but, like i said, i got a source that was happy to get em to me right away, so no need to go to dealer parts department and try to explain what a ROW Td5 is and then what it is i want for it...i wonder if they have the parts blow ups even for non NAS defenders...I dont know.

George - nice find on a us source for Carling switches. However, according to this
http://forum.landrovernet.com/showth...8-TD5-Switches
They are not a direct fit to the TD5 switches slots

There is a write up on reedx on the TD5 switches which lists all the stock p/n's - but none are three or four way. Ordering them through lrseries.com is cheap as noted- shipping on these small parts isn't too bad

What I haven't seen is what the OEM switch manufacturer is and a list of other switches that maybe availible

Merv and I searched high and low at the LRO show in Peterborough to find him a heated front screen switch for his td5... They are different sizes than all other LR switches and they are like hens teeth, out of hundreds of switches we went through not a single heated front screen switch to fit the TD5 dash ;-(

Thats the part number for the heated windscreen switch not the dash. We have been buying the lhd td5 dashes from Stephen/Safari Rover in Orlando. I have two of them now and am going to need some more switches.
