Sway bar rubbing on tie rod

I'm putting my truck back together after an axle and diff upgrade. I noticed that when I bolted the front sway bar back up onto the frame, the bar is rubbing against the tie rod. I'm not sure if I did something wrong; it's getting late and I've been working on the truck all evening and I'm groggy.

Here's a shitty iPhone picture:

How can I fix this? Will the rubbing go away when I take the truck off jackstands and put the wheels back on?

Before anyone suggests it, I'm not going to remove the sway bars right now.

Nevermind. I think I see it now. Need to unbolt the tie rod and move it out of the way, then unbolt the sway bar again and kick the pivots up above the tie rod.
