I'm painting the doors and was wondering how to get the upper trim out to avoid getting paint on them. I found the screws in the window channels, but was wondering about the vertical filler pieces and the horizontal pieces at the windows bottom edge?
The fillers wrap round the channels and come out when you remove the screws. You have to remove the glass to remove them.
The channels bend easily so be careful.
