SW versus Double Cab?

Curious. How many Station Wagon types wish they had an outdoor box for messy stuff they'd rather not bring inside? How many Double Cab types wish they had a longer internal space for clean stuff? I think the Double Cab's look awesome, but I also suspect the Station Wagon may be more practical.

Double cab is nice. I also think the double cab is easier to heat and cool.

I have no kids, therefore on long trips we put stuff in the back seat. I highly recommend the hoop set and canvas. In the summer I take the cover off and can load a bunch of stuff in the back (like mulch, flowers, fertilizer, etc..

For plywood, MDF, and sheetrock it sucks!!!

Having had a couple of each, the doubles look cool, but the sw is more functional by far.

I am just the opposite, and I have both as well. I prefer the DC because of the dirty stuff. Nothing like a wet dog jumping in your wagon. I guess its just personal opinion.

DC with a Trojan Back is cool, SW you need to build rear decking (which I'm doing now) or the space is less useful. Though with a SW you have more space to move the 2nd row seats back to actually make some legroom, especially if the front seats are on extended rails. Single cab, you'd better be short and not need more legroom.
