SW Interior Door Panel Question

I just swapped out my ST doors for SW doors.

I have a set of interior panels and am not sure how they go on exactly.

It looks like there are small black buttons that are molded into the panel. I have a few black plastic ponted parts that slip over the buttons???....these then go into the white plastic parts on the door???

Is this correct?

If it is then I need more of the black plastic pointed inserts, any idea who may have them?

Thanks,
Mark

Correct.

I got mine at 2 different time... buy a BUNCH... from RDS & RoversNorth.

They're cheap.

A few comments so far on the install:
1 - I needed longer bolts for the nader pin assembly
2 - The bar that keeps the door for opening too wide is not located in the same place on the SW doors, I need to make a small braket to make it work
3 - On my ST the speakers are located in the door and the interior panel is built out to accomodate the size, on the panels I have I need to get a spacer ring so the speakers do not hit the window when it is rolled down.

That is it so far, nothing major, pretty straight forward.

Mark

Troy - not sure if I will sell the doors and tops yet.

You probably have new-type doors - the check strap changed design after 1994. All you probably need to do is get the new check-strap assembly and bolt it right on.

Does anybody know the part # for the black plastic fasteners that mount to the buttons on the inside of the door panel? I broke some and need a bag full to have on hand.

You can buy the same black plastic fasteners at any auto store.
