suspension upgrade

picked up replacement shocks and springs to upgrade for my new bumper and winch, two questions.
First the existing springs have green lines painted on them what does that mean, and the bilstein shocks i got to replace the existing ones do to the lift have the same numbers as the ones on the 90.

The existing shocks are f4-b46-0253-mo in the rears and b46-0243-mo in the fronts. Due i need to change them out?
