Suspension for an older 110

Need some advice.....

I just bought a 1987 exmod 110 with the 2.5 na. I'm not the first owner and the bushings are all in need of replacement. I'd like to do the shocks as well and have been looking at the complete kits from OME and Terrafirma. anyone have any advice on which set to use? I'd like to maintain the height it sits at now, seems to ride a bit higher than civilian models.

Any info would be great.

Shocks will not impact ride height. I like bilsteins myself. LEave the stock springs in it as they are Heavy Duty ones on EX MOD trucks.

Springs and shocks can go bad over time. A lot of people have been having good results from the Terrafirma. I have used OME shocks for a long time and am happy with them. The Bilsteins are very nice too but are more expensive. Do you still have color codes on your shocks? If so it is easy to determine what the rates they are.

I like bilsteins too. Only cost 285 shipped.

Are there shocks that I can addjust up and down like my friends LX460? That would be very cool!

Where are you guys buying your suspension parts? If my springs are good, this could save me a bunch of cash (in shipping if nothing else) I've got the rear end out for welding right now so it's a perfect time.
