Replaced master, slave, and lines. Still nothing. Looks like maybe the fork. Not seeing and clutch debris

Check the bellhousing carefully for a 4" Briggs in there with devil horns, tail and a little bitty hammer. If it's quiet enough, you might here banging and giggling

Man that sucks no doubt. I had a similar issue with mine a few years ago. Replaced master and slave etc...

Turned out to be a broken spring in the clutch disc that was getting jammed thus not allowing the clutch to fully disengage so my guess would be most certainly something internal.
