Stock 200tdi intercooler/rad limitations

how inept is the stock setup on a 200? If your going to do mostly everyday driving and a little offroad, are you going to run into constant overheating issues?

Stock ...

For as much as I have used my truck before upgrading, my 200tdi was plenty good for everyday driving, no killer accelerations or high speed, but good and honest for city driving and mild to medium offroad.

Its all in what you expect a daily driver to be. Some people won't drive anything without a 200hp under the hood and doing the quarter mile under 10 sec. Others (like me) couldn't care less and just chug along.

My 0.02$

Pat

I have a 200 Tdi D90, and the only time the temp gauge ever moved above its normal position was when the water pump died and leaked out all the coolant.
