sticking seat tracks

Anyone know what causes the D-90 seats to get very difficult to adjust forward and backwards?
What's the cure?

What? Rust!
Cure? Spray some PB Blaster or WD40 on the tracks and practice your luge starts until it's fully penetrated and slides freely!

Thanks Charles....that worked.
Turns out I should have been using graphite instead of lithium grease to lube the slides and they wer full of dirt.
