Sticker for heat controls on D90

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement sticker for the heat controls (the up & down blue/red arrows)? Mine fell off and apparently out of the truck. I've asked around and no one seems to know.

Thanks

MTC6006 & MTC6007 (climate control lables) are no longer available. You will have to upgrade to the TD5 part. Do a search. I posted the part number for them not long ago but unfortunately didn't commit it to memory.
