OF course!! Ever since the CDC put an official page up about how to respond to the Zombie Apocalypse, I am preparing to double tap some zombies - with my bumper

Finally got a break in the rain so I can finish my backup camera and dash over the weekend. Yay!

How do you mean? Do you mean behind the panel? It is pictured in the dash panel already mounted for test above.

Having not seen the console you are using, is there a shelf that you mounted it to or did you use some sort of side mount bracket?

The console comes with internal (adjustable) side mount brackets. They are affixed to an internal 'rail'. It is a VERY solid piece made of powder coated steel with aluminum (dye anodized or clear) faces. When ordering, you specify the hole size(s) you want.
I am telling you, Raptor Engineering is good, quick AND cheap - when do you see those three together? That breaks one of the laws of thermo dynamics....lol

I've showed these pics before, went with the mudstuff dash, that way I was able to fit a double DIN touch screen plus have 7 Carling switches across the top, along with two power window switches on either side of the nav unit. And can probably fit a few more switches here and there later if needed, or even extra gauges. I didn't want to try and cram all the Espar timer and controls in it, so all that is in the pod on top of the dash.

Currently I have a cassette and am/fm stereo just bolted to the underside of my dash, sucks in every way. I'm thinking about getting some speakers put up top in the hardtop and picking up a decent but low $$ radio. Just dont know where the heck i'd mount it. If they have stereo/CB units I might spring for that.

Adrian, you can mount the radio in the dash with something like this...

Or buy a new "Cubby Box" with a radio mount inside like the Tuffy.

If I'm gonna do it, I might as well put a CB and a stereo, then I'll have to relocate my rear washer, lighter socket, and might as well leave room for a few more "add ons" down the road.

Do those raptor units cover the fuse panel or do they stop before it.

I do have a backup cam installed - BMC did a slick install in the license plate light area. I'll get a pic at some point... The Pioneer cam doesn't have the sharpest picture, but it has some good features.
