Stepper motor/IAC options

My IAC crapped out in my 3.9. I know that you can put one in from another make like a dodge but can't seem to find what exact make and model that will work. The boys at autozone found a picture of the IAC I need but no part number. Any clue? Anyone got a working used one for sale?
