infrequently check ebay, I just got one this week, for 5 GBP! shipping wasnt too bad, 11gbp..

and roversdownsouth has new wheels (full w/ pad) for cheap infrequently as well, just call everyonce and awhile. he said " sometimes I get them for peanuts, and some times more" so just call every couple of weeks or so..
