I was going to include APC but the wheel bolt patterns interfere so one hole is compromised. Plus, I heard a rumor that they were going out of business. This one will look very good, and work well. Just for info, it will work on any Rover without airbags so spread the word to anyone driving a pre 94 Disco or RR

Does it have an airbag? If not, it should fit. And just FTI to everyone, if these do not fit your rig somehow, please tell me, I will take it back.

That's sweet David. Thanks ahead of time for doing all the work on this. I can't wait...

Now to pick out a wheel. Anyone think the wood is going a bit too far?

I'll tell you guys what, I know why every company stopped making these things, every steering column is different!!! Even the same years have changes in them. It's almost like the guys at Solihill are just mean! I now have to make more changes. Still coming along well. I think that I have to do a little trick-daddy mod to the back to get it to work with all style turn signals.

Hey,

I was ready for production 2 weeks ago, untill we found out that the broach I had made was .012 undersized. I figured you guys wouldn't appreciate banging the adapter on with a hammer, so I had to have a new one made. That in itself took some doing, since the thing is over $300, so I wasn't about to pay for someone elses mistake. Anyway, it should be done Wednesday. Production on the 50 shouldn't be more than a couple days. I am going on vacation starting Friday so lets say 2 weeks and they will be ready. Tentative price should be $40-$45 depending on how much anodizing runs and if 6061 has changed price at all. Hope that helps. Once again, sorry for the wait.

Dave

Count me in for one, black and pre-drilled of course. Anyone settled on a good Momo wheel yet?

And ditto the thanks for all the work you've put into this project.

I owe everybody here an apology. This has been such a labored endever. I started a new company the first of this year and we just had our first little girl on the 20th. I haven't even thought about this for a while. I have the raw material to make 50 of these. I have the broach, and I have the program written. It's just a matter of free time at the spindle. Hopefully it will be all done at the end of next month. I just don't want to promise anyone anything with my track record. Thanks
