Steering column upper support seal dimensions

So I forgot to order this seal MUC7000 in my last batch of ordering, but it looks pretty simple to to cut out of closed cell foam. (part 2 in the diagram)

The dimensions I have found for it online are 1.5cm x18cm x22cm. What I'm after now is the location of the hole for the steering column and what diameter the hole is. Same as the steering column smaller or larger? Anyone have one lying about they could measure for me?

Should I be considering anything other than closed cell foam?

I also forgot the anti-rattle strip for the steering column part #348747 (part 5 in the diagram) it sits between the clamp and the column. Is this just foam or solid rubber?

Hoping to get the steering column bolted back through my bulkhead today any help would be appreciated.

Put the closed cell foam on whole and cut the hole later.

The hole is a good amount larger than the column and is elongated at one side so that you can get the support post through the hole.

Hmm looking back at the disassembly photos it seems pretty close to the steering column diameter. But getting the support through might be a bit tricky.
