Steering box tie bar to pan rod mounting arm bracket

It's been a few months since I disassemble the front end and i'm not certain about 1 item. The pan rod mounting arm bracket has 3 holes. The top 2 have bolts that go through the frame, the 3rd is a larger hole that the steering box tie bar attaches too. The problem is the hole in the mounting arm is 15/16", the steering box tie bar is 1/2" and there is no bushing.

I don't remember if i pressed a bushing out of the mounting arm and I can't find a part # for a bushing.

Does anyone know if there is a bushing to take up the gap?

That's that way it is. There should be a washer before you put the nut on.

The hole is larger to allow for the huge tolerances in frame construction. Yes there is no bushing.
