dunno but I want some metal in front of my new radiator.

RN used to make one like this... I have looked at other options and making one but it would be difficult to make it look good., at least with my skills.

anyone know where there are metal grilles avaliabel in the states?

I think the RN one was something like a laser cut grid/waffle pattern in sheet stainless, while the one pictured looks like heavy stainless wire cloth. Ive wanted something like this for a while (make mnine black) Has the look like the old Stage 1 grill, love it!

It looks kind of like the "heritage" grille.

I thought this was a pretty sweet grill.

The laser cut waffle pattern grille is the Heritage grille. The wire mesh grille is the old Rovers North Grille.
They don't make it anymore (I asked) NRP used to make it for them. The mesh was laminated/sandwiched between
the frame. They had a problem with delamination. Nice looking grille, wish they still made it..

Marc-

Are you saying the Heritage or the RN grille is no longer available (or both)?

The NRP/RN grille is no longer available. The Heritage can be sourced in the UK, but it's difficult and $$

The RN Grill is not laser cut and looks very similar to a series grill - or the woven cloth you refer to. The laser cut models are UK origin...

The Heritage grill is hard to find. You might try a LR dealership in the UK. Simonites has two interesting grilles. Might check them out myself. http://simmonites.com/Defender%20exterior.htm
