Stainless exhaust replacement suggestions?

My '95 SW is about to give up the ghost on it's original exhaust system. It's rusty, ugly, leaky, and seems to be ready to fall off.

I'd like to replace it with something stainless and higher end. I'm looking for long-term structural stability and any performance gain that might be possible, but don't care much about the sound and definitely don't need it to be any louder.

I'm as novice to exhaust systems as you can get so if anyone has suggestions and recommendations, I'll take them gladly!

Thanks in advance.

Borla for the back half. Not sure what the current thinking is on the Y-pipe. My experience is that the cats go bad in y-pipes before they rust out.

NPR or Borla. I have a Borla in mine...holding up just fine it appears. Not sure if it has a lifetime warranty, but I believe the NPRs do. NPRs look great, and seem to hold up a long time as well.

I have the same problem. Which did you decide to use, an are you happy with it?

Go Borla. I developed a hole in my muffler and they replaced the whole system under warranty. The new design looks completely redesigned, and will hopefully last the 1 million miles they warranty their systems for. Borlas look the best, subjectively sound the best, tuck in under the truck the best so that the tip doesn't get banged up, and now I've learned their customer service is awesome.

This has been covered, but worth repeating that the Rover's North stainless exhaust is of marginal quality backed by a worthless warranty. Caveat Emptor. Buy the Borla, or have it done by a local muffler shop.
