ST window cleaning

I have a pair of NOS ST side windows. They are covered with little brown dots.
I call best top and they said its a chemical reaction with the vinyl and nothing I can do.

Has anyone ran in to this and fixed it?

I should have just had my original ones redone but instead a dumped more money on windows I can't use.

Old man used Pledge to clear his up. Other wise just take it to a upholstery store and have them replace with fresh material?

Yep I should have done that with my original ones instead of buying these.
