ST owners - Tis the season ....

... to remove the door windows for the summer!
On prior years the rubber gasket stuck slightly to the paint. Last fall I tried wiping the gaskets with PB Blaster's silicone spray. The windows came out like butter this year. No adverse effects to the paint or rubber. Will use again this fall when buttoning it back up for the winter.

Make sure not to use regular PB as it eats rubber.

Understood. Figured that picture is worth a 1000 words, or whatever RN can fetch for those gaskets.

I think every D90 guy should own a ST for at least a year/season...it's a unique experience for sure!

I love having an ST. Definitely a bit of a challenge in the northeast, but fun as hell nonetheless. Oh and yes, I still have one door top that is stuck on. I'll get it removed this month (maybe).

I'm serious! As soon as I got it, it went straight in the shop. Haven't even had a chance to look at it and figure it out.
