ss bolt kit installation question

When installing the ss bolt kit on my '97 SW, I ran into an issue on the side door hinge bolts.

The two FRONT bolts on the BODY side of the hinge came out just fine, but the two REAR bolts on the DOOR side of the hinge just keep turning, like there's a nut on the back side that just spins with the bolt so the bolt won't come out. Does the interior trim of the door need to be removed to get to the nut on the back side? If so, please offer some suggestions to get the interior door trim off.

Thanks in advance.

Yes the trim needs to come off because there is a nut there.

If you want, you can take half of the door trim off to get a wrench on the nut. I had problem getting the frame side bolts out, so I left the those off and replace the door ones.
