Sourcing Ideas for no longer manufactured 97 D90 NAS Shifter

Not sure this is the right place to post this but here goes.

I am looking for a shifter for a 97 NAS Automatic. The part number is BTR8332PMA (Thanks to Jason Lav.). We seem to have thoroughly beaten mine up. The same part was used on the 95 Range Rover Classic and the Series 1 Discovery models.

I am partial to finding one with the internal parts as we may have wrecked or lost a few pieces. But first things first - any ideas about where to successfully source such a part ? Used or new is ok with me. I have seen a few online but my gut tells me these aren't really available - likely sloppy management of items that need to be removed. Though I will check these few sites by phone tomorrow.

Thanks as always.

Corky

A simple Google search on the part number is a good bet & on eBay too.

There are a few JLR dealers who have taken the time to link into LR parts inventories.

#BTR8332PMA: Land Rover. KNOB

Put the part number and the words "land rover" into google. Lots of responses, parse through the no longer avail ones. Some say in stock, though. Call and ask if they can still get part.

You're looking for just the shifter knob and it's internal bits? I have one (or two or three) around here. PM me if you're interested.

I am picking up an auto 95 D1 with blown headgasket this Sunday that I am scavenging for axles. I would gladly sell you any shifter part (or anything else off it) you want. PM me.
