Source For Clevis Tabs

I am fabing a front winch bumper and am looking for a source for a few clevis tabs. Anyone know of a source? I did a google search and found one place (Mountain Off-Road), but would like to compare other sources if you know of any. I have some 5/8" thick steel plate and a 220v plasma cutter, but it would take a lot of shop time to cut and fabricate some.

Thanks, Performance Offroad Center didn't list any, and Blue Torch Fab wants $24 each for theirs. I appreciate all the work. Anyone else know of a source?

Ebay has them and so does Ballistic Fab. I would use the latter, they have all kinds of brackets.
