Question Sooo..Where is everyone getting their radiator fans/clutch from nowadays?

Yes I know were all using RRC fans and clutch or some kind of flexilite frankenstein set up for our D90s. But last nite I went to Auto Zone to see if they even carry RRC fans and they claim they don't (looked at all years from 87 to 95). Just curious where you guys have found the RRC fan/clutch. I'm hoping its from local parts suppliers.

They are and I will if I have to call BP but sometimes its fun to see what you can find at the autozones and pepboys. Sometimes its even cheaper with a lifetime warranty.

Within the same line up you may want to consider:
Standard Duty - 215157

I've had the HD/Severe duty's before and if you like C130's you'll love it...but it will suck some power. I currently have the standard duty on and it holds the same engine temps (based off scan gauge readings over the past 7 months) as the other ones did.

I think I'd be happy with standard duty, these things have very little power to start with. Ray thats RRC part right? Not d90?

Ah, so if this is for your 94 you'll want something akin to the Hayen 2772 (fits RRC's and other 3.9/4.2/etc. P/N I gave you would work on a 4.0 GEMS.

Neil The RRC with Hayden or Genuine clutch only works on non-serp engines. The serp belts spin another way, so depends if its for 3.9 or 4.0

There is a Hayden part for the belt trucks, I recently got a clutch from NAPA. Tye Hayden I tried was rediculos, I worried the blades were going to spin off the fan. I run a shitty old clutch in winter, and a new clutch in summer.
