Soft top window rebuild

I have a set of defender soft top windows for my front doors and they are a bit worn out and rattle more than i would like them to.

Is there anywhere that sells a rebuild kit for the channels and other parts?

RN had the parts individually but i think the cost came out to be more than a new set from RM for their door tops.

Thanks.
Richard
