Soft Top Installation

Can someone with a stock soft top take a few pics of the support bar that runs vertical right behind the door and where and how it bolts to the capping? I would like to know how far forward it goes into the door opening and how far to the outside before I drill any holes. Please help. BTW its a stock 1995 Bestop installation.

Randy

Would it just help if I went to the garage and took a pic of where the hole goes? I can measure it for you, there should be some adjustment allowed by an elongated hole on the support bracket.

LMK, I'll be online a while.

measuring would be good but a pic of exactly where it goes would be the best. I have no holes so I want to know where to drill and set it up. I also had to shorten the bottom feet so My hole wont be where yours is.

Randy... come by and you can look at mine.... I don't have my digital camera with me right now... but I can take pics tomorrow if you want...

Follow-up Post:

okay... that didn't sound too good... let me rephrase that...

"Come by and you can look at the D90..."

Thanks Paul but I see you dont have the support piece I was looking for on your truck. It bolts tot the top of the capping right at the door opening andgoes up through the soft top.
