Sliding window locking mechanism issue

I have a 97 d90. My locking mechanism on the sliding window is loose. This results in very noisy window rattle when closed. There are 2 flat head screws in the lock, one of mine was missing and one stripped. They appear to seat into a rubbery sleeve unless something else is wrong missing.
My question is what is that sleeve, or what am I missing. I need to get replacement screws to tighten this lock up if I'm going to really get this locked. I have a number of metric screws I tried today but there seems to be nothing for them to grab. Please advise if possible. Thanks in advance.

I would call RN to get the original screws for that lock. But even if lock is fixed , I doubt that the rattle in your sliding windows will stop, as your window felts are probably worn.

Garrison Outfitters felt. He has a discount for members here if you search.
