Slider window

Hey guys

Any advice on trying to find a replacement right rear slider window for my '95 D90 SW? Damn thieves smashed the operable pane. Body shop is having a hard time locating one.

Thanks in advance.

If dealer cannot deliver, bet RN can.

Yup. On RN site, I think it is either RNF 545 or RNF 546. I'm an ST so I don't know which one slides. I assume it's the inner pane.

You can also find them here but shipping is a killer:

From a personal perspective upgrade the felts to the rubber kits form Garrison. Well worth it.

I remember reading about Garrison's seals a while back. Any info you can share about those? Are they an upgrade from the stock ones?

This body shop works on Defenders (aluminum bodies)... not going to trust the glass guy to rivet in the new window assembly! Plus it's covered by insurance...

What do you guys think? Tinted or non?

I have a set of Garrison outfitter window channels on my 90. The are the Cats Pajamas. And, they would be the beagles pajamas, if beagles wore pajamas!

Tint for sure. I cut all my glass from 40% gray solar glass and it's the best thing I ever did.

If I did it again, I'd drop it to 50% or more - darker is better. The heat in the truck is noticeably lower in sunny weather.
